All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

We offer free shipping on all customers’ orders including any costs for shipping, logistics, and carrier.

SHIPPING STATUS:

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number.

If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation email right away, don’t worry! Please contact us via e-mail at info@getfend.com and our Support Team will find and send you the tracking number directly.

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

If you believe your order has been lost or damaged in transit, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will investigate the matter and take appropriate actions to resolve the issue.

REFUSED PACKAGES

Please note that refused packages — and those that are not received due to negligence on the part of the recipient (e.g. incorrect or incomplete address, failure to collect the parcel) — are not refunded.
